Over many years of being with artworks, the ones that have ended up meaning the most to me have been the ones that were offering avenues that at first I didn't know how to get to because I didn't know they existed.
To me the digital works in “Commotion” are deeply familiar (some having gestated for two years) and yet still deeply strange.

Each and every element vibrates somewhere on the spectrum linking intention and accident, determination and commotion, acceptance and questioning. The experience of confronting each still and agitated whole somehow reflects the experience of this event of our being.
